Shipping Policy for The Glimmers

Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $5.99
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $15.99
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping:

Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days - $25.99
Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days - $45.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen factors.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Glimmers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Glimmers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at support@theglimmers.com for further assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items may have restricted shipping due to regulations, laws, or logistical challenges.
